Manon
van der LAAN
Manon left the Netherlands over 40 years ago. She came to France by way of New York in 1993. In addition to her role as a caregiver, she is learning about permaculture and enjoys cooking. She manages the guesthouses.
Nicholas OTTY
Nicholas was born and raised in Scotland and came to France by way of Bristol in 2003. He is involved in the Trois Cèdres project. And he reads, paints and cooks.
Louis BERTHELOT
Louis lives in Echarleyre, but is planning to move to the Drôme and to travel to Japan. In the meantime, he helps out on the terraces and reads a lot of mangas.
